Katie Kolodziej

Katie Kolodziej is a second year Master in Public Policy candidate at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Prior to Georgetown, she served as an AmeriCorps house manager at Maggie’s Place, a nonprofit supporting pregnant and parenting women experiencing homelessness in Phoenix, Arizona and as a data analyst at the ecommerce home furnishing company, Wayfair. Katie holds a degree in psychology from Boston College and is passionate about combining analytical decision-making with qualitative lived experience to create empathetic, equitable, and community-centered policy. Her research interests include civic participation, community-centered justice, social isolation, and economic empowerment.
