Neel Kamath is a rising senior at James Madison High School with a strong interest in political research and civic engagement. As a captain of his school’s Public Forum Debate team and a policy volunteer with Upvote Virginia, he enjoys discussing policy reform and increasing civic participation. In the future, he hopes to study law and work in government relations.
