Huiyoun Pyo

Huiyoun Pyo is a junior at Vanderbilt University majoring in Political Science and Creative Writing with a minor in Legal Studies. She is particularly interested in the intersections between public policy, public health outcomes, and the law. She is a research assistant at Vanderbilt’s Center for Research on Inequality and Health, where she contributes to the center’s gun violence prevention initiatives. At the Evidence for Justice Lab, she is excited to be a part of a research culture that advances equity, justice, and public safety.
