Leroy Tamfu

Leroy Tamfu is a student in the College of Arts & Sciences, majoring in Philosophy with minors in Economics and Black Studies. He is interested in studying the relationship between law, power, and racial justice, especially how legal and political institutions shape Black life, personhood, and access to opportunity. His work particularly focuses on emerging technologies that can reproduce bias within policing, surveillance, and criminal justice, and how law and policy can be used to create accountable and equitable systems.
